Terms of use

Who we are

SuperBoostTracker (superboosttracker.com) is operated by Winterfold Systems Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17463406), with its registered office at 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the site is

The site lists Super Boosts published by UK bookmakers and tracks how they have done. It is an information service only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets, and we do not hold or handle your money. Any bet you place is a contract between you and the bookmaker.

Nothing on the site is betting, financial or other advice, or a tip or recommendation to place a bet.

Accuracy and availability

We collect Super Boosts from public sources and check them, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Bookmakers change, restrict or withdraw Super Boosts without notice, and a price shown here may no longer be available. Always check the bookmaker's own page and terms before you bet. We also do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times.

Notional profit and loss

The profit and loss figures on the site are hypothetical. They show what would have happened if a flat notional stake (currently £10) had been placed on every Super Boost listed, using the result as we recorded it. No real bets are placed, the figures ignore factors such as stake limits, restrictions on your account, price changes and odds availability, and they may contain errors. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

18+ and responsible gambling

You must be 18 or over to use this site. Gambling can be addictive, so please bet only what you can afford to lose. Free help is available from BeGambleAware and GamCare in the UK, and from GamblingCare.ie in Ireland. You can block yourself from UK gambling sites and apps with GAMSTOP.

Bookmakers and affiliate links

Bookmaker names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, and are not endorsed by, any bookmaker unless we say so.

Some links to bookmakers on this site are affiliate links, tagged as sponsored. If you follow one and sign up or place a bet, we may be paid a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which Super Boosts we list or how we record their results. Links to other websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems it runs on, or to interfere with or disrupt it;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site, or copy the site's data at scale or republish it, without our written permission;
  • use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful or abusive.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logo, data compilation and the SuperBoostTracker name belong to Winterfold Systems Limited unless stated otherwise. You may view the site, share links to it and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. You may not copy or reuse more than that for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including any betting losses, arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, although if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
